Where do you find rain totals for Oregon coastal cities for the last year? I feels like we have had a wet winter, but I cant find proof. I keep finding http://water.weather.gov/precip/index.php which is worthless for Oregon.
I am sure I am doing something wrong, but it seems like the weather organizations only report HEAT, WIND, SNOW & Marine. Rain totals, not so.
